Terms of Service

By accessing or using WeHireAnywhere, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The Service

WeHireAnywhere is an AI-assisted remote-job discovery and matching platform. We aggregate publicly available job listings from third-party sources, provide an AI matching system, and offer optional paid features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or 18 in some jurisdictions) and legally able to enter contracts to use the Service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & payments

• Free plan available indefinitely with limited features.
• Paid plans ("Pro" $12/mo, "Team" $49/mo) auto-renew monthly until cancelled.
• Cancel any time from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• 14-day refund: EU/UK users have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of subscribing. Email hello@wehireanywhere.com for a full refund.
• Outside the EU/UK 14-day window, refunds are at our discretion.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

5. AI use & limitations

Our AI-generated content (chat replies, cover letters, match scores, profile parsing) is provided "as is" without warranty. AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before using it. Match scores are heuristic estimates and not guarantees of suitability.

6. Third-party job listings

Jobs displayed are aggregated from public sources (job boards, ATS APIs, RSS feeds). We do not verify employer claims, check eligibility, or guarantee role accuracy. All applications happen on the original source site — we are not party to the employment relationship.

7. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Scrape or copy our content beyond personal use
• Use the Service to send spam, harass, or harm others
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass our security
• Use the Service to discriminate against applicants on legally protected grounds
• Submit false or impersonated CV data

8. Intellectual property

The Service, our branding, and our software are owned by us. You retain ownership of content you submit (CVs, messages). By submitting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process it solely to provide the Service.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) what you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. UK Consumer Rights Act, EU consumer law).

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account any time from your dashboard.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, State of Delaware (or your local jurisdiction if mandatory consumer protection law applies). Disputes are resolved in the courts of Delaware, unless mandatory local law specifies otherwise.
